Bio: Amy R. Terlecki is an artist living and working in the Philadelphia area who finds inspiration in the world around her. Amy has displayed her work around the Philadelphia region in various shows and has work in private collections.
Statement: Creating artwork in various forms has always been a passion of mine whether it be painting, drawing, creating hanging sculptures, graphic design, or teaching art. My focus and style has evolved from representational work, such as still life and figure studies, to the more abstract work I focus on today. Color, texture, movement, and patterns in nature are major influences in my work, and enjoy abstracting from life and photographs of natural elements.
